    Hi,

    I’m using the built-in Jevelin Video Player element with WPBakery.

    The video works perfectly on desktop, but on mobile (both iOS and Android) it starts playing for a second and then completely freezes — it doesn’t resume or respond to any touch input. This happens with both YouTube and MP4 sources. Could you please provide a fix or an updated file to solve this issue?

    Could you please share a link to the page where the video player is used? That will help us inspect it directly and see what’s causing the freeze on mobile devices.

    Hi,
    thank you for your message!
    I checked the page again and the issue seems to have resolved itself — it was most likely related to the migration from the demo environment to the live domain.
    Everything is working correctly now on mobile as well.
