    Hey, I downloaded zip file and uploaded it via WP, it was installed succesfully and when I pressed “Activate theme” I got white screen of death, no admin panel no website at all. I deleted the theme file via ftp, I got back to the default theme and everything worked again. I tried to move unzipped content of the Jevelin.zip folder via ftp, and again I got white screen. How can I active the theme so it would work? After activation all i get is

    http://mysite.lt/wp-admin/themes.php?activated=true

    in the url and blank screen

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

     

    Can you please try temporary enabling WP_DEBUG mode? To do this, just go to wp-config.php include this:

     

    define('WP_DEBUG',true);

     

    You might already have a line for WP_DEBUG, so just make sure it’s set to true.

     

    Let me know what errors if any you are getting when you get white screen.

     

    Please try deleting and reinstalling the latest version of theme.

     

    Also please make sure you are using latest version of PHP on your server by referring the information provided in the following pages.

    If nothing works for you then would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

    And for version I got this:

    Current PHP version: 7.0.28

     

    As I see in a website you provided that this version is no longer supported. But few days ago I activated the theme and it worked fine with the same version..  Does this means I need to change my hosting provider to the one who has newer php version? Is there any way to make it work without doing that?

    I can’t log into your shared site due to an error.

     

    You don’t need to change hosting provider but just ask them to update PHP to the latest version.

     

    Please update the theme manually as described in the below pages or share me your site FTP details.

    Ok I did everything accordingly.

    It worked for few minutes, I installed and activated all the required plugins, and now it gives me this error

    Nevermind, I deleted and reinstalled plugins and it works now, probably installation failed the first time.
