I followed all these steps and its still not working..
I even deleted the theme completely and re-installed, but still the same error.
It is not a theme issue so deleting and reinstalling the theme won’t help.
Please try reinstalling WordPress as described in the below pages.

I reinstalled everything. All my WordPress files and it’s still not working.
Could you please provide me with a working solution or maybe a serial key to use plugin or something, because it’s driving me crazy.
I’ve been trying now for over a month..
As said previously, if it is working on one website and not on another then it is also not a theme issue and we are just trying a different solution to check what is causing the issue.
I logged into your site and installed the WPBakery plugin by uploading the zip file on your site.
Could you please confirm it?
