My widget (see screenshot attached) doesn’t show up on any of my blog posts (example: http://freshplanetflavor.com/3-ingredient-no-bake-coconut-honey-nut-butter-cups/). Other widgets do successfully show up, just not the top one.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please make sure you have not set any Visibility or widget logic for that widget as shown in the attached screenshot.
You can just delete this widget and use new widget instead.
