Hello
I set up the social counter with Instagram and Facebook ID and secret but not one of the 2… Just Facebook.
Both the code is correct and well configured in the case of Facebook the page was configured by tab, do not know if it is the correct but do not have option to choose Page just create new.

If you are getting wrong counter then to resolve the issue please try using custom gillion child theme shared in the following topic.
