Hey, logged on yesterday to discover with some new update that on Desktop version of my blog, it’s all distorted because WooCommerce has added all sorts of items to my Titlebar (or header), such as Purchases and My Account. When I’m not selling anything. Just a blogger writing stuff, no products. Please help.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
If you don’t want to sell anything then please deactivate the WooCommerce plugin if you have activated it on your website.
In the theme header settings, you can configure what to display and what not to display in the website header as shown in the attached screenshot.

I visited your shared site and saw they are just menu items added in the menu so just edit your site menu and remove those unwanted menu items as described in the below pages.
