Home › Forums › Gillion Theme › Woocommerce thumbnails will not crop properly
Under the Woocommerce customization I have selected no crop and also tried to select square crop yet the shop page continues to crop the images into a rectangle. All of my images are 1000 px by 1000 px and I would like them to display as such in the thumbnails. They look fine on product page but the thumbnails continue to crop them to a rectangle format no matter what changes I make. I inspected the element and it appears that they are being cropped to 271 x 278. Please help!

Hi @joeytea,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Are you facing the problem for any specific product image or all?
I see you have added some blank empty white space around the image as shown in the attached screenshot which also causes an issue.
Could you please test it whether it displays fine by temporarily using the Twenty Nineteen theme on your website?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hello,
I just tested it with 2019 theme and the thumbnails display correctly in their full scale so it seems to be a problem with the Gillion theme. I am also having issues where I don’t have pagination on my product page. If i set my products to show a limited number per page there is not buttons to see the rest of products on a following page. When i tested with 2019 theme there were then buttons to see the following pages.
Thanks in advance for your help
Could you please share the page URL from your site where the pagination is not displaying so that I can troubleshoot it?
I’ve continue to trouble shoot and cannot figure out how to get pagination to work but did find that when i deactivated Unyson plug-in the pagination would become visible but the rest of my site would break. Maybe this info will help you to trouble shoot my issue.
Thanks
Please make sure that you have set “Items Per Page” option correctly in the theme WooCommerce settings and using below latest version of the theme.
Please login to access this file
Also, this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin, WooCommerce plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
I have all the item per page options set correctly and have just installed the latest version of Gillion that you sent me. I’ve disable all plugins except woo commerce, unyson, and bakery pg builder and still I have no pagination.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
Sure you can log in to my site to trouble shoot. Thank you.
Solution for this topic
I logged into your website and saw you had disabled pagination in the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot which I enabled it now.
Could you please confirm whether it displays for you on shop page?
Wow what an easy fix. Pagination is working just fine now. Thank you so much!
You are most welcome here 🙂
