I have updated the Jevelin Theme to version 5.14 however, when I go to edit a page WPBakery page builder is not loading. I have made sure the theme and plugin licenses are active and I have attempted to turn off every plugin except WPBakery. This did not solve the error. Please advise what could be causing this problem.

I have just updated the WPBakery plugin and it is still not fixing the problem. Please get back to me regarding this issue.

Sorry for the late reply.
We checked your site and found WPBakery -> Role Manager was set to enable the builder only for Posts. We’ve enabled it for Pages and Portfolio as well. You can adjust these in Role Manager if needed.
