It seems that the WPBakery page builder content is corrupted for the page you showed (HTML tags also are not showing correctly for the text editor). We are not sure what exactly could cause this, but we created a new page with a text editor and it was working fine even after saving the page and editing it again.
So currently we can only recommend rebuilding content for corrupted pages.
But can you look into why is this problem in old pages. I also had a new theme for the support.
We inspected it, but we couldn’t find what could cause this.
Have you previously made something like website backup or restore operations?
So if you cant find a problem then then can i have refund? Because I bought extra licenses to get help and i didn’t find the issue by myself.

We have inspected it further and at the moment we can only recommend adding a new text block beside the old one and adding the text again from the front end. As the text block is corrupted by some unknown reason.
You can request a refund if you want to.
We can’t do it manually, so you will need to create a request for that.
