Hello I am trying to update the WPBakery Page Builder plugin and am getting an error.
- WPBakery Page Builder: Update package not available.
Also, I noticed that any photos that I had in the “Tiled Gallery” block is no longer working. I am getting an error that says my Site does not support Jetpack/Tiled Gallery” block.
I’m not sure if that is related to the WP Bakery Page Builder issue or if I have 2 separate issues now.
Thank You
Hi @Carrebear56,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please make sure that you are using the below latest version of the theme.
You can update the WPBakery page builder plugin from the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
Best regards,
Shufflehound teamI am currently running Gillion version 3.7.3. How do I update to 3.7.3.1? The link you gave me just downloads to my computer as a folder.
You can download the above shared latest version of the theme and update it on your website as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
The link above downloads as an entire folder, not a specific .zip file. I can’t update the theme as described above.
The above shared is a zip file and not a folder.
It seems your browser is automatically extracting the downloaded zip file that you can prevent as described below.
