    Hello,

     

    Even after updating my PHP version and all plugins, yellow pencil and contact form still dont work.

     

    Yellow pencil keeps on loading, and contact form says im not allowed to open the page.

     

    Could you please help

    Hi @YLB Digital,

     

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

    Hello Team,

    I hope you are well,

     

    Thank you for your message.

     

    However, even after deactivating all plug ins except Unyson and WP,

    yellow pencil does not work and keeps on loading.

     

    I urgently need to make it work as im building my website and launching soon and im not able to do many things because of this bug.

     

    Can you kindly help?

    Solution for this topic

    I logged into your site and reinstalled the YellowPencil plugin which made it work.

     

    Could you please confirm whether it is working fine for you also?
