Wow, that was way easier than I thought it would be. Thank you!

Thank you for all your tips! That was a huge help. I managed to fix all of the issues.

I have one more question though. How can I set up line height for h1 fo the theme? I need to change headings in Slider Revolution. The wrapping html tag is now set as <rs-layer> and I need it to become a h1 for SEO reasons. But when I change it into h1 the spacing between the lines becomes huge (I attached the screenshot). Could you please help me set it up?

I double-checked and the contact from only seems to be working after turning off the conflicting plugin (which I fixed in the meantime – there was an old domain and email there so I updated it and it’t not causing any conflict now). When I try to send the contact form now t says that the message was sent but it doesn’t send an actual email notifications nor push the data into the Google Sheet. So we’re back to the start point where all the issues are still impacting the website.

Thank you. I followed the procedure and found the plugin that was conflicting with the contact form.

What’s left from those issues is the logo doesn’t show up, the sliders and the background pictures in some places. Additionally after the installation of new Jevelin – the menu bar not showing up and there footer looks odd (some part change its colors and sizes). What are the options to make the rest of it work properly?

Thank you. I followed your advice. Unfortunately all the issues remain and now the menu bar disappeared too. I believe we were using Jevelin Child, not the Jevelin. Do you have the latest Javelin Child version to share with me?

There were changes in the domain and the one we use now is com.pl. The .com should be redirecting to com.pl although we stopped maintaining .com lately as far as I know.

Ok, they clarified that the restoration work was done one their website, not the plugin. So I guess these issues have nothing to do with it. That said can you help me resolve those issues?

WPBakery team was doing restoration work on their plugin. The work refers to the plugin as their product, no to my website in particular. What I saw was a brief alert being displayed on my WordPress account that there is scheduled restoration work happening. I don’t have a screenshot of that – I wasn’t aware this will cause any trouble to my website. I seem to be impacted by the work they were running (that’s me guessing the source of the problem because those two events happened one by one) but as I didn’t buy the license directly from them, just got the plugin when purchasing your theme, I’m asking you for help, just as they’ve told me.

I sent them a message asking what kind of work they’ve been running just now but I’m not quite sure why I should be the one trying to collect that information – I purchased the product from you so I believe you guys should be in touch with them to make your products work together smoothly/help with their product of that’s the policy. It’s hard for me to tell what caused the issues. If issues on the website are only related by time with that restoration work and the source of errors will be something else, you won’t be able to help me?

I’m not sure what it meant but there was an alert that they were doing some restoration work and WPBakery team confirmed they were running it.

Thanks for your advice – I deleted and installed WPBakery page builder. Unfortunately the problems still remain. Is there any way you could look into it or guide me further? Can there be any compatibility issues due to the work done by WPBakery? The logo doesn’t show up, contact forms don’t work, graphics in different places don’t work (through plugins and through WPBakery). I really need to bring that page back to life – it’s currently the core of the business operations.

    Thanks a million
