You have! Wonderful, thank you š
Thank you, I can’t really tell the difference since there’s still the same display issue from 768-800px but no worries.
Regarding the curved corners, I have the same issue, to a greater extent on another page on our website (see private field) could you possibly try to resolve that one too please? It’s the dark blue section ‘About’ that’s the issue and should have curved edges on the right side only.
Thanks a lot
Hi,
Thanks for the response. I’ve sort of resolved the issue but it’s a bit of a hack and doesn’t always respond correctly responsively so would love you to look at it. If there was a way to add the curved corners on one side through CSS that would be much more preferable.
There’s another issue I would love you to look at while you’re there. the site stacks the columns at a breakpoint of 800px but the columns that I’d like to hide when the site stacks only hide at 768px so between 768-800px the site displays incorrectly.
Thanks
I basically want to give the left teal box rounded corners on only it’s right side…
I’ve tried 2 different methods unsuccessfully.
Happy to use either approach if you have a fix for one!
Thanks
Apologies.. update the theme and issue resolved. Please disregard
Also can’t change in the customise section. It’s affected my live site so would much appreciate a speedy response.
It’s working! Not sure if that was you guys or not but thanks anyway. The above is resolved.
Thanks for your response however when trying to use the customise sidebar the website does not display inline with the responsive behaviour of the site. Since the fonts are all wrong and the icons are not appearing the correct size the sidebars no longer a practical tool.
Regarding the social media icons, they currently display in my footer under the ‘About Us’ section and driven by the ‘Enable header social icons’ switch (see screenshot). I’m pretty sure these were originally inputted in the ‘customise sidebar’ but no longer appear… so where can I update these?
Thanks.
Solution for this topic
omg thank you. Yes I see now, the edit pop up had obviously been dragged off the screen by another user and wasn’t visible when it loaded…. all working, thank you.
That would be very helpful thank you.
Thanks for your response.
I’ve updated the theme to 5.0 and the latest WPBakery but it’s sadly still not working. It’s actually the Wpbakery backend editor that I’m trying to use with no luck. Any help appreciated.

Hello,
Thanks for the response. I’ve tried deactivating the plugins that are not part of the Jevelin theme but I still can’t WPBakery Page Builder to work.
I suspect the issue may be that the site currently has wpbakery 6.0.5 installed and I’m unable to update despite it being part of the Jevelin package. I’ve seen in another thread that there is a recommendation to delete the plugin and reinstall. Could this work? And if so, would deleting the plugin affect the pages that have been built using the plugin?
Thanks, cc
I am having this exact same issue and am running WP 5.6 and Jevelin 4.9.1. Any help would be appreciated.

Ah cool, will use Unyson for them then thanks!
Solution for this topic
Hi,
Thanks for the speedy response. I am using the WPBakery Backend Editor and selected the tabs option. The basic setup looks like the image in the attachment. But I’d like it to look like the Jevelin Demo here:
https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/elements/tabs/
Playing around with the options in WPBakery Editor, none of the results look like this demo. I can work on Custom CSS but just wondered if there was an easier way to achieve the feel presented on the Jevelin demo.
Thanks,
C
ah ok, will jut disable it then. Thanks.
Thanks for checking.
I’ve got the filters working as they should now but only by disabling pagination. When I switch pagination on the page reloads each time I browse to a different category. Is there a way to have pagination without the page reloading for each category applied?
Thanks
I scrapped using the portfolio on the hire page because I couldn’t get it to work, opting to use blog post instead. The portfolio on the work page displays correctly but now the page reloads each time a category is selected…?
