Thank you that was the issue!
Google Search Console is giving us a soft 404 because this is being indexed. Although there is no content, there should not be a page at all.

This should just go to the 404 page.
Thanks for the reply. I actually did that before I opened the ticket but the page is still there. Any other ideas?
How can I remove the portfolio page altogether? I’m getting a soft 404 and don’t need it
