Its working!!!!! On Chrome and Opera… fuck Safari! no-one is using it after all (or maybe i need to wait to clear the cache)
Fantastic!

Hi fantastic team…
I now have all the necessary pictures to explain what the problem is.
I use Safari on this occasion, but it works the same with Chrome and Opera.
I have used a ruler to properly explain what the problem is and I took print screens.
Ideally, what I need is when someone reduces the width of the browser the navigation bar to approaches the logo on the left as close as possible, and when they immediately reduce it even further the 3 lines to appear (instead of losing the alignment. Refer to picture on the right hand side).
You are great 🙂
G
It has been added 🙂
G
hmmm… nah… didnt do anything. same thing. I feel that I have raised the bar of challenge here 🙂
G
Hi there,
I have placed it on top but still doesn’t seem to work. I also placed the comments in the format you said (I dont think it played a role, to be honest…but of course you are the expert). What bugs me, is that this misalignment occurred after the using the beta version. Before, obviously, when the logo was close to the headers on the navigation bar it was, of course, changing the alignment. But now, although the huge gap, it loses the alignment pretty quickly.
Regards,
G
Hi fantastic team,
I inserted the CSS code, but nothing happening. the huge gap is still there, and when I try to minimise by a fraction, it loses alignment.
G
Hi team,
glad that you spot it too, however, there is a lot of space to compensate the reduction of the width. the screenshot I sent you, is a few nanoseconds apart and it is when right after it loses the alignment…. so there is space to compensate. This was not happening in the previous version…. if it can’t be fixed somehow, I guess I will have to live with it. I am open to suggestions though.
Regards,
G
Hi team,
Hmm this is very very strange but I take your word for granted.
OS: MacOS, and I used it with the following browsers: Opera, Chrome and Safari and I had the same issue with all three of them.

G

I am so glad that I landed on your theme… everything is great… from the theme itself, the support, the speed…
you guys are the best.
Hi team,
I can’t find it… where is the excerpt located on each post?
cheers

Hi (fantastic) team,
After using the new updated theme the number of blogs appearing on the page is indeed fixed, as well as the number of words preview.
I have however one request. Can I set somehow the Description Length (Theme>Settings>Blogs) to a number higher than 80? Is there a css code which can help me?
Thank you for everything
G
PS. One (typo) correction.. on the Description Length you used the word Lenght instead of Length…
🙂
<div class=”fw-backend-option-input fw-backend-option-input-type-slider fw-clearfix fw-col-xs-12 fw-col-sm-9 fw-col-lg-10 width-type-fixed”></div>
<div class=”fw-backend-option-desc fw-col-xs-12 fw-col-sm-offset-3 fw-col-sm-9 fw-col-lg-offset-2 fw-col-lg-10″></div>
I guess you are right team. It worked after using chrome.
thank you 🙂
G
Child theme way worked for me. basically install and use the javelin-child theme… activate it and delete the javelin theme and the same time re-upload the updated javelin theme.
it worked for me that way.
G
info has been sent. check your emails please.
thank you team.
G
sure… I will make some credentials for you.. and email them to you.
Cheers,
G
yes… just those two. I have been trying the other 10 without any luck for the last 2 hours (just to change the feature image!)! Thus the ticket.
G
damn… didnt think about that at all. You can close the ticket now please. Problem sorted.
Hi… again,
I just wanted to ask you, that given my zero experience on Child themes, do you think I should wait for the next update of the theme?
How often do they release update? I mean the last one took place 1 week ago, so when the next one should be expected?
And do you think that in the next one, the problem will have been resolved with the blogs words’ length etc?
Thank…again 🙂
G
