get_template_part('inc/headers/header-topbar' );I tried deleting it but then there is no topbar.

I think that I might have found the problem – old version of WP Bakery plugin. Can that cause a conflict in header?

But how can I disable titlebar in Posts?
Adress is https://www.gradnja.rs
It won’t work for the first visit but when you reload the page, headers slider will show up.
It seams that this problem is affected only on desktop version of site.

I figure it out this one! Titlebar disabled in Options but enabled in every single page.
But, how can I show Titlebar on Categories page when the it is disabled in Options?
