It seems like Infinite Scroll helps the issue (only a few are repeated).
I changed it back to pagination so you can see. You should get the same set of 9 posts. Attached are some screenshots
They’re not sticky; and turning off all plugins didn’t work either. My staging url is here: http://s25878.p806.sites.pressdns.com
