Yes, I think I found the solution by following this tutorial:
https://element.how/elementor-fit-to-screen-mobile/
I hope it’s the right thing, let me know if it’s okay.
Anyway I’m almost done, there is just something missing where I need your help:
1) I have a problem with the header which is not transparent but white before scrolling.
2) there is white space at the end below the footer.
3) unfortunately your css for max-width did not work and the text stretches a lot
Please see the screenshots.
I also send you the credentials to access my test site and I would be grateful if you check everything.
Thanks again for your patience and help.
Thanks always for your answers.
As you can also see from your screenshot, the height of the section with the slide does not fill the entire screen of the mobile version, which instead happens in the original theme made with Unyson or Wpbakery.
See the screenshot
Here is the link to my test site, you will see that in the mobile responsive version the first section with the slide is small and not full screen.
Also I have the max-width issue in the third section where there are two columns side by side, the first one with a photo background and the second one with text content and I would like to block this one with at a maximum width.
Thanks again
Thank you very much, you are great!
I am rebuilding my site from scratch with Elementor Builder and I redo everything almost like the original.
I just have something that I cannot solve, for example I cannot set the “max-width” value for columns in Elementor as set in WPBakery or Unyson.
How can I solve?
See the screenshot and thanks again.
First of all thanks for the previous answer, I still have two things to ask:1) with the new Redux framework I can no longer find where to change the Favicon;
2) and not even the commands for formatting the “Copyright text”.
I attach screenshots to better understand.
Thanks again.
Thanks for the reply, in fact my first installation of the Foodie demo made about 8 months ago did not provide alternatives to Unyson, I had also opened this ticket in this regard:
https://support.shufflehound.com/forums/topic/problem-with-wbakery/
Your answer was that the Foodie Demo did not work with WBakery but work only with Unyson.
But now Unyson will no longer be supported and the usage is by you deprecated.
So I wonder what your Framework Upgrade Tool is for?
And how can I replace Unyson with another supported framework (Elementor or WBakery)?
I used the plugin you suggested to install WordPress 5.5.3 instead of 5.6 and immediately the issue is solved.
<i>“Please test it using a different browser and clearing the browser cache and deactivating all browser extensions.”</i>
I’ve done this many times already and tried and tested on different devices.
As I have already written it is a issue that manifests itself immediately after updating to the new version of WordPress 5.6.
So I think to go back with the previous version of WordPress and wait for a new update.
Can you suggest me the better mode to install the previous version of WordPress?
Thanks again 🙏
I did, but it doesn’t work anyway
ok, done.
Done, but nothing changes, issue is always there.
I also tried to install Jevelin 4.9.2 with a previous version of WordPress and only with the Unyson plugin active, everything works fine. As soon as I update wordpress to version 5.6 the problem immediately returns.
😔
I think haven’t understood, my settings it is already configured as you showed, what I need to change?
I checked in plugins page but I don’t have any JQuery migrate plugin installed and I don’t know how to disable it. Could you please do it for me? You already have my site login credentials, thank you.
I have already installed Jevelin version 4.9.2
here is a video, I am not very experienced I hope it goes well
I did other tests and I identified the cause of the issue:
1) I installed the latest version of Jevelin 4.9.1 in a clean WordPress installation with the previous version 5.5.3
2) I only installed the Unyson Plugin (rel. 2.7.24) and nothing else.
Up to this point everything works fine, no problem!
3) I updated WordPress to the latest version 5.6 and here comes the problem again!
So it is clearly an incompatibility issue between Unyson and the new wordpress version.
And I don’t understand why you didn’t encounter any problems when you entered my website as I’ve tried with more different systems and it doesn’t work for me.
Have you tried with Windows or Mac operating system? I’m using Mac Os, Mac Ios and Android, I don’t have any Windows or Linux system.
Thanks for your patience. 🙏
I tried all the things you said: activated the third-party cookies, browser in private/incognito mode and .htaccess has not password protection.
The issue is always there.
🙁
I checked the javascript console but there seems to be no errors.
I tried again with a backup made in November and the issue goes away, but after doing all the updates it comes back.
🤷😔
As already written I tried with different devices and different browsers.
But today I restored a November backup with jevelin version 4.8.4 and everything works fine without any problem!
What could it be?
