    beta 4.6.0 has fixed the category filter bugs! nice job guys.

    4.5.8 beta code you just sent me I installed. Guess what, it does not make the category filters work properly. It did not fix it. Why did you send it to me if you didn’t test it for yourself first?

    When can you give me the code to fix this issue that is over 2 months old? I pay extra for the support at shuffle hound and dev fixes. Nothing is happening at all?

    I am beginning to think no real fixes will come of this? Shuffle hound is  not really relaying information to the developer. Who is to blame???

    Please share the developers direct contact information. Otherwise I will be putting in a complaint tonight on Envato and Theme Forrest. Next, I will also go to other web sites where the product is sold. I will leave my negative experiences with Jevelin Theme and it’s paid for support model.

    Hello Jevelin Support team at Shuffle Hound.

    I just loaded Jevelin Word Press template 4.5.7 an it did not fix the bug as you say it does. Did you even test the build? It has been months and no fix.

    Is there another version that does fix the bug that I can load today?

    If not – I would like to get my money back at this point and file a complaint with Envato Theme Forrest. As your support team has not fixed the category filters.

    I just tested 4.5.6 on our dev site. I used the new code from envato today (the production version, not beta) and it did not fix the category filter bug.

    Please keep me posted on the bug fix release.

    Does the new current update that came our today include the category bug fix, from this ticket?

    I have recently noticed a pattern in the category filter bug listed above in this ticket. Once you get past 12 posts, all the filters break in the jevelin theme. Once broken, they show every post regardless of category tagged.

    So I have found that all the category filters break regardless of name or type. This is once you get past 12 or so posts tagged in the particular category.

     

    We need the category filters to stick, and not break no matter how many posts are tagged with a particular category, or sub category tag.

    Any update on the fix for this bug?

     

    The site has become unusable as all my search filters are broken at this point.

    Hello,

     

    Ok I have a dev site stood up to show you the category bugs I have found.

     

    See details below links and user name acct info…

     

    To see the category problems click on AUDIO, TOOLS and NEWS. All of the rest of the filters are working fine.

     

    The problem is they keep rendering more blog posts that are not in their own category…

    I just upgraded production to the beta 4.5.5 as you suggested (however the child templates are still loaded and an older version)….

     

    I rebooted the server after the theme update

     

    problem of category filters not working – are still broken as above. No change from 4.5.4 to 4.5.5

    The site is still behind a firewall. This means you will not be able to access it, at all, unless we do a screen share.

     

    Not sure why screen sharing would not work for you?

    That is the plug in I ran… it worked on about 50%, any other ideas?

    I took a back up

     

    added the custom css code

     

    ran the plug in

     

    This worked on about half of the thumbnails the other half have no change.

     

    Any thoughts?
