Sure, thank you
Yes! I forgot about this plugin. Will give it a try. Thank you!
Got it. Thank you!
This was achieved through a plugin. On the other hand, I managed to activate the Author box via Jevelin – refer to attached image. How may I achieve the following:
1. Add a profile picture (similar to the one shown in your earlier response)
2. Add hyperlink, e.g. Facebook
3. Change the position – currently it is right at the footer; I will like to shift it to immediately after the blog post
Thank you so much!
Hi Support, I didn’t see any screenshot. At the same time, it might be because I am using a third party plugin for now. Is the theme able to achieve the same or similar result? Thanks.
Hi Support, I noticed that there is some update to the Lightbox in Version 4.3.2 of the theme update.
“Added ā Multiple lightbox window related options in theme settings”
Hence, I am checking if issue is resolved now. Thank you.
Yes, the box is not empty. At the same time, I have enabled the settings but it is not working.
Hi Support, just to check if Lightbox problem has been resolved in the latest version of the theme? Thanks!
Thanks, as I tried a couple of Lightbox plugin, but they didn’t work as well.
I tried with latest version 4.2.3 (not beta) and it is still not working as well. Same issue as reported above.
No, it is not working for me on both the front end and the backend.
It does not work. It still revert to OFF.
I managed to find WordPress Shortcodes extension and has activated it. Thereafter, I was able to follow and I did exactly the same as mentioned in the screenshot.
However, after I clicked Update to save the changes for the page, Lightbox toggle revert to OFF.
I am unsure what is wrong. I have cleared all cache and retried, but to no avail.
I could not find WordPress Shortcodes in the list of available extensions.
The available extensions are:
Page Builder
Mega Menu
Portfolio
Backup & Demo Content
Brizy – Visual Page Builder
Translate Press
Am I missing a step or two?
Hi Support, here is the link.
Essentially, the featured image pops up in full size when I clicked it. This does not work for the rest of the images in the blog post.
Thanks for your help!
Got it, will give it a try. Thanks!
Hi Shufflehound Team,
Thank you so much for putting up a feature request. I believe many users of your theme will benefit from this feature.
Looking forward to its implementation. Thank you and keep up the amazing work!
Same here. The preview function stopped working with error 500 or fatal error for all the blog posts and pages on my site. This happened since I updated to the latest version of the theme.
I re-created and crop an image of size 1200×675 and upload it to be the featured image. At the same time, I used the attached plugin that you provided earlier and change the code to
set_post_thumbnail_size( 600, 338, true );
In the image folder, I have noted that a new image of size 600×338 was created; and I believed this was used as the thumbnail. With that, the issue of the cropped edges were resolved.
However, I noticed a huge drop in quality despite uploading the image at the highest quality (same as previously). In fact, the image appears slightly blurry.
Is there anything that I am doing wrong?
Please advice. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it.
