Attached are the screenshots of the pages I have published and the difference it makes on enabling the option of setting a static home page.
I would like to make the Home page in screenshot “Pages 1” the home page as it has the demo content of “home basic” for the jevelin theme, the problem is that it doesn’t allow me to select it as a home page. Only once I create a new “home” page does it allow me to select it, but I would be losing all the layout you guys already created. How can I set the static home page I want?
I would also like for my logo to redirect to the home page once clicked, would this also get fixed once I set the right static home page?

Thank you for the help with my questions.
I uploaded the child theme from the post you are referencing and I see where I can change the navigation font, but my home screen has the font I want while my other pages don’t. Please see the attachments.
How can I get all my navigation, title, and body fonts back to the ones I had in the parent theme? What font is the one being used vs the one my page is using? Thanks in advance.

I have not made any changes to the theme files, I have only made edits on the menu, logo, & such. I did upload the child theme I saw on the other thread I wrote on before, but the font is different and I don’t know how to change it.
As far as https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes goes I tried saving the style.css sheet and uploading it how they explain there, but it gave me an error. Is there a video tutorial? I’m sure I missed something.
I have two questions:
- How can I remove both on dekstop and mobile the shopping cart icon? (my original question on this thread.)
- Is there a video tutorial on how to save/upload a child theme from the original files?

I’m curious as to where I can find a the child theme to update to wordpress? I installed the javelin child doc above, but I don’t know if it has any big changes I should be aware about (besides the ones mentioned on this discussion.) I did notice that when adding some pages the fonts in the menu change, how can I revert this?
