Hi there,
After a lot of testing we added some fixes that might help.
Please test the latest beta version below and let us know if that fixes it:

In this case we can offer to login to your website and to debug this issue further for you. If that is okay, you can share the login details in the private information field below.
We created a custom CSS code that you can add in the Jevelin Settings > Custom CSS:
.blog-single.blog-style-large .post-meta-thumb { Β max-width: 800px; }
Would it be possible to debug this issue further on your website? It would help a lot. You can share it in the private information field.
Sorry for that, in the latest beta version we have added option to hide the author. The option is called Post AuthorΒ and is located under Jevelin Settings > Blog:

About the project categories, do you want to just hide the categories?
Great! Now we could see the issue and we added a fix in the latest beta version.
Should be working fine now.
It is possible that there are hidden errors.
Maybe you can share your website login details in the private information field, so we can inspect it further?
Thank you, we can confirm that there is a hidden error.
Please enable error reporting, so we can see more information about it.
Great! π
Thank you for the login details!
We just tested a few pages and couldn’t see any issues. Maybe you can give us a specific link that we should check?
Hi there,
There is a new beta version that might have fixed it:
Please login to access this file
Please test it and let us know if that fixes the issue!
By the way WordPress supports older versions for a long time, so the previous versions should be safe. For example even WordPress 5.0 and order versions still receives security updates π

Hi there,
Thank you for the link!
You should be able to easily change it when editing the front page in the WPBakery page builder. Then just click edit on the first Row and switch to the Design Options. On the right side should be the image under the Background option.
Let us know if that helps! π
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
Have you tried turning on Titlebar under the Jevelin Settings > Titlebar.
Let us know if that helps!

Hi there,
It is possible that there are some kind of errors in background, that prevents page loading.
Would it be possible to login to your website to debug this issue further? (you can share the details in the private information field). Otherwise you can just share a PHP error log, so we can inspect that.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
Have you tried to tur off both “Author (without image) + Date” and “Author (with image) + Date” options under the Jevelin Settings > Blog?
That might help.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
We just tested your website and the desktop and mobile devices and we could see the border radius just fine.
Did you manage to fix it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
It seems that the front page might be installed, but wasn’t set automatically as the front page (it sometimes happens). So the simple fix would be to find it in the page list and set it to the front page.
We just checked your website and it seems that currently the Gillion theme is not active.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
We just added an option in the theme settings under the titlebar to show or hide the title:
Please login to access this file
Please test it and let us know if that works! π
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
Maybe you can give us a link to a page that has a broken layout?
One common issue could be that there are multiple page builders active and when opening/modifying the content in the wrong page builder that could break all the content.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
We just updated all in our testing site and OCDI 3.1.2 with WordPress 6.3.1 seems to be working fine.
Can you please check if you have updated the theme to the latest 5.7 version?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
