Hi @hife2017,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
We can achieve this developing custom CSS code.
Could you please share me your site URL where it’s displaying so that i can help you to achieve it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team

On the shared demo site i see the header menu in the top as shown in the attached screenshot and not in the side.
I didn’t get your private message so could you please share it again and also send it on [email protected]
Hi @master2045,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
This is happening because you are using relative URL in your site menu like #aboutus but instead you should use full absolute URL such as https://arieseffect.com/ruminahui/#aboutus

Solution for this topic
Hi @piratejit,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
This seems happening on your site because you are using index.php in your site permalink so please remove it as described in the following pages.

Hi @samv,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
It is displaying fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot?
Is it happening for you on any particular browser?
Could you please test it on different browser?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Sure here’s the below latest version of theme.
Please login to access this file
You can resolve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
@media only screen and (max-width: 1100px) and (min-width: 990px){
#page-container .container {
max-width: 85%!important;
}
}Could you please tell me where and how you have shared page URL?
I didn’t get the page URL so could you please share it again?
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
There isn’t any theme option to do this but we can achieve this developing custom CSS code.
Could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is displaying and also share me the square image URL so that i can help you to achieve it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Are you talking about the following page?
https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/portfolio-page/portfolio-standard-with-shadow/
If your site is in maintenance mode then would you mind if i log in to your site and access it? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will bee able see it.”?
I logged in to your site to troubleshoot the issue that’s why i have mentioned your private company email address in my previous reply above but i can’t troubleshoot the issue further as you have to configure yourself your private company email address SMTP details on your site.
Nobody is facing this issue except you. This is not a theme issue but your site or private company email address issue which you can also confirm by temporary activating any default WordPress theme like Twenty Seventeen and test whether the email gets sent.
You have to fix this email not getting sent issue on your site as described in the below pages.
http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-wordpress-not-sending-email-issue/
https://enigmaweb.com.au/not-receiving-wordpress-emails/
https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/wordpress-not-sending-emails/
If you make it work with default WordPress theme then we will help you to make it work with Jevelin theme.
You are most welcome here 🙂
Solution for this topic
Yes it is fixed in the latest version of the theme.
To help us keep support thread separates could you please create new thread for each of your other questions instead of asking them in your single thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.
If you want to you can also add reference of this thread in your newly created thread.
We would be more than happy to help you on your new thread.
Awesome great to see you got the solution found and thanks for helping out here in this forum by sharing the solution.
Your help here is really appreciated.
Hi @alohi,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Gillion theme.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Also please try resaving your permalink settings.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
