Hi @adub,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Gillion theme.
Please delete the theme directory on the path /wp-content/themes/gillion/ using FTP or cPanel file manager and reinstall the theme.
Please make sure you are using latest version of PHP on your server as described in the following page.

It seems on the smaller screens it displays in the mobile menu.
Could you please try clicking on the mobile menu toggle icon as shown in the attached screenshot?
Sure we will consider this to be added in the future version of theme.
Solution for this topic
Hi @BigPurpleBox,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#header-navigation-mobile .c-hamburger span {
display: none;
}
#header-navigation-mobile .c-hamburger{
text-indent: 1px;
width: auto;
height: auto;
}
#header-navigation-mobile .c-hamburger:after{
display: block;
content: "MENU";
font-size: 15px;
}

The Video Player content element only works with youtube hosted videos. For custom videos you can use text block content element as shown in the attached screenshot.

Hi @victoriandesai,
Thank you for your question.
If you are talking about the header topbar options like email or phone number then you can make clickable to have links by using the child theme solution shared in the following topic.
