This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson, Yellow Pencil Editor, Redux framework, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

The Image Gallery (slider) element that you are using on your website does not provide this feature.
You can try using any other Gallery element as shown in the attached screenshot or use the Gallery plugin.
I am not sure what you are referring to as “standard wordpress theme settings menu” so could you please share the screenshot of it?
