I do not find an option to fix the header on its position. I don’t want the header to only appear when you scroll down on the webseite.Where do I find such an option?

Yes this can be problem of your server.
This can also be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
We have tested it on https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/portfolio1/ using IE11 browser and it is working fine for us.

You can try achieving this by using the attached custom child theme of Jevelin theme that contains some custom code.
After using attached child theme you can use HTML tags in the Shufflehound Information widget description field as shown in the attached screenshot.

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
Please make sure you have administrator role on your site or create new user having this role.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Are you using nginx?
Sometime the nginx configuration not being compatible with the latest version of WordPress so please contact your host.

I have shared the child theme solution in the above reply that is working fine for me but not your site so i need your site access to troubleshoot it.
