    Thank you for your question.

    You can change it from Countdown element settings as shown in the attached screenshot.

    @deepaksachdeva I visited your shared site and saw the Google map is not configured correctly as it is displaying the error message in the browser console as shown in the attached screenshot.
    The error message is “RefererNotAllowedMapError”  which means ” The current URL loading the Google Maps JavaScript API has not been added to the list of allowed referrers. Please check the referrer settings of your API key on the Google API Console.” find more info about it here https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#referer-not-allowed-map-error and resolve this issue to make the Google maps work.

    Solution for this topic

    It’s white on a white grey background ? but it’s there ?

    Ok you can change it from footer shufflehound image widget added in the Footer Widgets area.

    I changed the navigation colour to red, and it changed everywhere but on the homepage. How come?

    It seems you are facing the same issue as reported in this topic https://support.shufflehound.com/forums/topic/demo-themes-navigation-colors-and-rollovers/

    You can try resolving the issue on your site by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.

    Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

    #page-container .sh-header-search-close i,
    #page-container .sh-header .sh-nav > li.menu-item > a,
    #page-container .sh-header .sh-nav > li.menu-item > a > i,
    #page-container .sh-header-mobile-navigation li.menu-item > a > i,
    #page-container .sh-header-left-side li.menu-item > a,
    #page-container .sh-header-left-2 .sh-side-button-search,
    #page-container .sh-header-left-2 .sh-side-button-cart,
    #page-container .sh-header-left-2 .sh-side-button-cart .sh-nav-cart i,
    #page-container .sh-header-left-2 .sh-nav li.menu-item > a.fa:before {
        color: #ff3c1f!important;
    }

    #page-container .sh-header .sh-nav > li.current_page_item > a,
    #page-container .sh-header .sh-nav > li.current-menu-ancestor > a,
    #page-container .sh-header-left-side .sh-nav > li.current_page_item > a {
        color: #26313b !important;
    }

    #page-container .sh-header .sh-nav > li.menu-item:hover:not(.sh-nav-social) > a,
    #page-container .sh-header .sh-nav > li.menu-item:hover:not(.sh-nav-social) > a > i,
    #page-container .sh-header .sh-nav > li.sh-nav-social > a:hover > i,
    #page-container .sh-header-mobile-navigation li > a:hover > i,
    #page-container .sh-header-left-side li.menu-item > a:hover {
        color: #26313b !important;
    }

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    It seems you missed to share the screenshot so could you please share it along with page URL where it is displaying so that i can help you?

    @deepaksachdeva Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

    Could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is not working so that i can troubleshoot it?

    Solution for this topic

    You can try achieving it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.

    Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

    body.home .sh-single-image-container {
        vertical-align: bottom;
        display: block;
    }

    Hi Steven,

    I hope you are well today and thanks for posting here.

    I could confirm the issue on my test site which occurs when we set page header style to any light style as shown in the attached screenshot. I have notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.

    The issue will be fixed ASAP.

    In the meanwhile you can try resolving the issue on your site by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.

    Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

    #page-container .sh-header .sh-nav > .current_page_item > a,
    #page-container .sh-header .sh-nav > .current-menu-ancestor > a,
    #page-container .sh-header-left-side .sh-nav > .current_page_item > a {
        color: #f36347!important;
    }

    #page-container .sh-header .sh-nav > li.menu-item:hover:not(.sh-nav-social) > a,
    #page-container .sh-header .sh-nav > li.menu-item:hover:not(.sh-nav-social) > a > i,
    #page-container .sh-header .sh-nav > li.sh-nav-social > a:hover > i,
    #page-container .sh-header-mobile-navigation li > a:hover > i,
    #page-container .sh-header-left-side li.menu-item > a:hover {
        color: #f36347!important;
    }

    Best regards,

    Solution for this topic

    It is not working on your site because you are using different timeline style so try using below CSS code instead of the code shared above.

    .sh-timeline-2:before {
        background: #a1d6ad;
    }

    Thank you for sharing the site details.

    I logged in to your site and resolved the issue. I have also imported Landing 2 demo content on your site so please check it.

    Hi Steven,

    I hope you are well today and thanks for posting here.

    We are troubleshooting the issue and will update you here ASAP.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Currently there isn’t any theme option to do this only for logo but you can do this for whole header from the header theme option “Header Dropdown Animation” as shown in the attached screenshot.

    Solution for this topic

    Hi @jordenteo,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.

    I wanted to know how I can update the theme? I keep getting emails
    saying there is an update to the theme, but when I’m in the wordpress back end
    and logged in, there are no available updates for the theme. Can you
    please advise how to update to the latest theme version?

    You can update the theme as described on this page http://docs.rescuethemes.com/article/59-how-do-i-update-my-themeforest-theme

    Alternatively you can also update the theme by deleting existing theme and using latest version of it from http://support.shufflehound.com/download/jevelin-beta/

    Also, I’m using the blog version and have attached an image of what it
    currently looks like. For just normal blogs, on the home page, I don’t
    want the hover option to either link to the blog or to expand the
    image. When someone clicks on the blog, I want it to automatically
    link to the blog and not give the option to link or expand the photo.
    How can I do this? (I realise this will be different for embedded
    video and galleries.)

    It seems you have missed to attach an image so could you please share it along with your site URL where it is displaying?

    Also, how can I hide the ‘tags’ at the bottom of each blog? There
    doesn’t seem to be an option to hide the tags.

    You can try achieving it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.

    Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

    .blog-single .sh-blog-tags {
        display: none;
    }

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    in reply to: Jevelin Questions

    I actually wanted to replace the Jevelin logo (the one in the attached image)

    I don’t see any Jevelin logo in your shared screenshot.

    Please advise.

    You are most welcome here 🙂

    The custom CSS code is working fine on my test site.

    Could you please share me the page URL from your site where you are using custom CSS code but it is not working so that i can troubleshoot it?

    You have to develop custom code to achieve this.

    Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. See here https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support

    If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5
