Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

I logged into your website and saw the Education home page content got corrupted.
I am not sure why this happened but this may be because you tried to edit the page content using a different page builder.
To resolve the issue, please import the demo content again and delete the existing duplicate pages.

It seems on your shared website you have not added ID to all sections of the Unyson page builder and didn’t configure the correct section ID on the menu as shown in the attached screenshots.

There is a difference between the header transition on the below website and your website because the height of the logo is larger on your website therefore the header height does not change on scroll and remains the same.
