I visited your shared website but didn’t see any error message on it as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please advise.
No, you have to develop custom code to achieve this.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/gillion-multiconcept-blogmagazine-theme/19470306/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5
You can disable it by editing the page and its Blog settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
Here is our demo site URL https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/
I could confirm the issue on my test site which occurs when I visit internal pages, therefore, I notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
In the meanwhile, you can use any of the below plugins to display the mobile menu.

Awesome great to see you got that resolved.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
Yes, it’s ok.
I can give you access to the staging site, however I will first need to push the current production site to it to make sure its identical.
That would be great!
Hi @TameMRBL,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please share your site URL where it’s displaying so that I can help you to delete it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
I am not sure I understood your reply correctly.
Have you done as suggested above?
If yes then could you please share the screenshot of the screen?
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
I can’t use admin access in the IE simulator.
Do you have any staging or development website?
I could confirm the issue on your website but it is working fine on my website.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
It seems you have created them using WPbakery page builder so please check whether the plugin provides options to achieve it as described below.
https://kb.wpbakery.com/docs/learning-more/responsive-settings/
To troubleshoot the issue, I tried to access your shared website but I am just getting the message “This site can’t provide a secure connection”.
Could you please make sure that the website is accessible?
Also, please test whether it works fine using any default WordPress theme such as Twenty Nineteen theme.
You are most welcome here 🙂
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the Jevelin theme.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
Hi Nicolai,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The Login popup doesn’t trigger loke that.
It is displayed by clicking on the Login button in the Topbar as shown in the attached screenshot.
Best regards,

Solution for this topic
Hi @nafisa,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You won’t lose your customizations made using the theme settings/customizer.
You can update the theme to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
Please login to access this file
I recommend you to take a backup of your website before updating the theme so that you can restore it If anything goes wrong.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
This is a simple PHP warning and most of the time it doesn’t affect the functionality of the site so it is nothing to worry about!
Do you have WP_DEBUG set to true in your wp-config.php file?
If you do then please set it to false.
This will hide the warning messages and you will be able to use your site normally.
Thank you for your long reply but it seems you forgot to reply to what you have suggested as below.
Please make sure that you have enabled it in the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot and clear the cache that you are using on your website.
Have you sone as suggested above?
It seems our ways of troubleshooting the issue are different so I request you to cooperate.
To resolve the issue quickly, Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
