Hi @alexmcd121,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
There is no security loophole in the theme and I am not sure why your hosting provider is telling your this.
Could you please ask your hosting provider exactly what and where is the issue?
You can make your website secured as described on the below pages.

Hi @CBDFactum,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
i have used wp autooptimize, wp fastest cache and OMGF plugins, all couldn’t remove this, because you use ?v= and not ?ver=
As asked above, have you tried using the code solutions shared on the below pages?
https://technumero.com/remove-query-strings-from-static-resources/
https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/remove-query-strings-static-resources/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-remove-query-strings-from-static-resources/
If yes then please try changing ‘var’ to ‘v’ in the code shared on the above pages.
basically the issue is: style.css loading things that are not needed for the front page:
“The pagespeed recommendation is not about duplicate files, but parts of CSS loaded that are not used to render the page.”
“you *could* ask the theme devs to split the big CSS-files up in smaller ones and have those only added when needed, which would result in less unused CSS”
Could you please share the exact unused CSS code?
That WP Instagram Widget plugin is removed from the WordPress repository.
We will remove this plugin from a recommendation in the future version of the theme.
You can use any other Instagram widget plugin on your site by selecting the plugin from below listed plugins.
I tried on the “inspection tool”
Could you please share me the screenshot of it?
Solution for this topic
You can hide it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#header-mobile .menu-item-has-icon .fa:before { display: none; }
Solution for this topic
I logged into your shared site and saw you had disabled post meta causing the issue so I enabled it as shown in the attached screenshot.
I visited your shared site but didn’t see undefined and the symbol arrow as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please advise.
Hi Barry,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Currently, there is no way to convert those pages by switching Page Builder so you have to recreate those pages. Sorry I don’t have better news.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi @Mai Quoc Khanh,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
We can hide it on mobile by developing custom CSS code.
Could you please share your site URL where it’s displaying so that I can help you to hide it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
You are most welcome here 🙂
Hi @gowtham,
Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of Gillion theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.
If you have already installed the wpbakery page builder then please delete it before reinstalling or delete the below plugin directory by accessing it using FTP or cPanel file manager.
/var/www/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
I am also not sure what this happened on your website.
Awesome great to see you got that resolved.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
Thank you.
I have replied to your new thread.
Hi @SaveATrain,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
i saw this font in google page insights: Simple-Line-Icons.woff2?v=2.4.0, the problem is that no plugin knows to take of ?v, they only can take off ?ver, in addition is there a way to change this plugin to something else that doesn’t have ?v in it, since no caching system is allowing to cache fonts with arguments

https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/remove-query-strings-static-resources/

2. i want to make http://www.saveatrain.com/blog/ blog feature images, clickable (currently just the title is clickable), is there a way to do so, or i need to custom program this? i know other themes have this option.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5
3. looking at: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.saveatrain.com%2Fblog%2Fbest-chocolate-stores-europe%2F&tab=desktop , we get an issue of unused css, now i spoke to auto-optimize, and they say our plugin generates the css twice on the page and this is why we have this comment
I am not sure which our plugin you are referring to because we only provide themes and not plugins.
Also, you can improve your site performance as described on the following pages.

Hi @ninanice,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening and make sure that your website is accessible so that I can troubleshoot it?
Also, please make sure that you are using below the latest version of the theme.
Please login to access this file
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
You are using the header created by WPBakery page builder so you can change it as displayed in the attached screenshot.
I logged into your site and displayed it by editing the single product page header.
Could you please confirm it?
Yes, you have updated the theme correctly.
Merry Christmas!
To help us keep support thread separates could you please create a new thread for each of your other questions instead of asking them in your single thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.
If you want to you can also add a reference to this thread in your newly created thread.
We would be more than happy to help you with your new thread.
Hi @Anxiety_Hack,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please make sure that you have configured it correctly in the theme header settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
If it is still not working for you then could you please share the page URL from your site where it is not displaying so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
