Does the test email getting sent from the contact form settings?
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
That styling doesn’t apply on the page created by shortcode as the markup of both the pages are different and styling is applied to page specific such as below

}I have created a feature request for it so that the styling will be made generic in the future version of the theme.
I visited your site but didn’t see any carousel or arrow on it so could you please share me the exact page URL where you are using the carousel?

You can try changing font to non Google font in the theme Styling settings as shown in the attached screenshots.

Could you please try clearing and temporarily disabling the WP Fastest Cache that you are using on your shared site?

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

I could confirm the issue on your site but I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of Jevelin theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Could you please try clearing and temporarily disabling the WP Fastest Cache that you are using on your shared site?
Also, please try setting WooCommerce columns option to 4 columns in the theme WooCommerce settings as shown in the second attached screenshot.

I could confirm the issue on my test site, therefore, notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.
