Hi @MikeSpecter,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I visited your shared site and it is displaying fine for me on home page.
Which browser are you using?
Could you please try using a different browser?
Also please share me the screenshot of the issue.
Best regards,

Hi Ben,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
But my header is still showing in block white.
Where is it displaying?
I can see on your shared site homepage that it is displaying a transparent.
If it is displaying on any specific page then could you please share me the page URL?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi @Zelda,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5

Hi @thedigitmark,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Jevelin theme as displayed in the attached screenshots.
Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and plugins.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
I logged into your site and activated the latest Jevelin theme.
Then I cleared my browser cache multiple times and it started working fine.
Could you please test it the same way?
Are you usinhg any server side cache system?
You can remove it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#page-container .wpb_revslider_element.wpb_content_element { margin-bottom: 0; }
We can try changing the colors of them by developing custom CSS code.
Could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is displaying so that I can help you to achieve it?
It is there but the die is too much close to number 1 therefore it is not clearly noticeable.
This is an issue of the font that you are using so please try changing the font.
You are most welcome here 🙂
Then please try regenerating thumbnails on your site using the below plugin.
Hi @Verus-Mark,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
If you have not purchased slider revolution plugin and using the plugin bundled with the theme then you are not direct customer of that plugin so can not activate that plugin and use its templates.
Please see more information about this on the following pages.

maybe it causes logo size.
Does it occur for you when you don’t set any logo and use default Jevelin theme logo?
when I change the slide image, it happened again…
Is it happening for any particular image or all images?
You are most welcome here 🙂
Solution for this topic
I logged into your site and saw the issue was caused due to Fusion : Plugin so I have disabled it.
Could you please check it now?
Hi @castage,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Have you made any changes in the theme files?
Do you also face the same issue on the below demo site?

You can see on your shared test page that it contains a dot as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please advise.
Please try regenerating thumbnails on your site using the below plugin.
If possible please try recreating the page.
Have you updated the theme on your site as described above?
Also as requested above would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
