Please make sure you are using below latest version of the theme and then clear & temporarily disable the cache that you are using on your site.
If it still doesn’t work for you then would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Jevelin theme.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

That plugin is removed from the WordPress repository.
We will remove this plugin from a recommendation in the future version of the theme.
You can use any otherĀ instagramĀ widget plugin on your site by selecting the plugin from below listedĀ plugins.
