Hi @Bianca,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please tell me what URLs you have set in your site General settings as shown in the attached screenshot?
This can be your webhost issue so please try contacting them.

Sure we’ll delete the image.
Solution for this topic
Hi @effetk,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
1 – I guess Revolution Slider’s activation code didn’t came with Gillion, correct? If not, where can I find it? I searched everywhere.
If you have not purchased slider revolution plugin and using the plugin bundled with the theme then you are not direct customer of that plugin so can not activate that plugin.
Please see more information about this on the following pages.
https://www.themepunch.com/faq/purchase-code-registration-faqs/#1447194367831-7941a825-85b2
https://www.themepunch.com/faq/update-to-5-0-via-ftp/
To use the plugin you don’t need activation code, you can just install and activate the plugin from Appearance -> Install Plugins
2 – All the Gillion demos, seems to include the Slider on the homepage, but I don’t see where to do that anywhere in the theme. Is there something I’m missing? I know I can embed a code to show a slider on the frontpage only, but I don’t know where to add that, besides by pasting it in the main theme index php (but when I do it, the layout is terrible, and I’d rather not edit the theme code directly, which is a pain with updates).
Is there a way to add the slider in a proper manner? Besides on the sidebar?
You can create a slider using Slider Revolution plugin and display it as described in the below topic.

You can try achieving this by using the attached small plugin specially developed for you that contains some custom code.
Hi @pawelleks,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
demo data created just 2 or 3 pages (Main , Blog, and Sample Page) instead of all pages available in theme demo (here: jevelin.shufflehound.com). Where are all the other pages? I was hoping to use them as benchmarks for site building.
You can create other pages by selecting page templates in the Unyson page builder as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Main Blog page default setting is Masonary 2.0. I’m trying to change it into Large images but changes to Page Settings > Blog Tab> Blog styles do not bring ANY EFFECT. It is still in Masonary 2.0 style.
How can I change this?
Could you please share me the blog page URL from your site so that I can troubleshoot it?

Hi Vince,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is displaying so that I can help you to remove it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
You can remove it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.container.sh-header-additional { padding: 0 !important; } .sh-header-banner-container br { display: none; }
I can see your shared website without modifying my host file.
Also I can see the font awesome icons are displaying on your site as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please advise and share me the screenshot of the issue you are facing.
Now I can see the shared CSS code is working fine on your shared page making it static.
Could you please check whether it is working fine for you also by clearing your browser cache?
You are most welcome here 🙂
Hi @pixelyatra,

Hi Akshay,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Now, do I have to customise the header files that reside in the parent theme to achieve what I want, or have to wait for you people to provide me with the modified parent Jevelin theme, and then go forward with the customisations?
You have to copy the missing files from Jevelin theme into child theme in the same path and modify it.
You can get more information about child theme in the below page.

You can change it from the theme styling settings as displayed in the attached screenshot.
I still don’t see it on your shared site.
Have you cleared the autoptimize cache and temporary disable it?

As said above, you have to develop custom code to remove it and you can refer the code written in the shared plugin file.
