Footer is enabled in footer settings. I double checked.

One more thing, Just noticed, i have not using the updated version of JEvelin theme. I didn’t see any option in my dashboard or theme section about the update the theme. How can i update the theme ???

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Jevelin theme.
Please make sure you are using category name and not slug as displayed in the attached screenshot.
