I already deactivated several plugins before you got back to me, the Unyson was up to date. However, I didn’t deactivate all of them and now the website is completely down. Error 503. Without Filezilla I won’t be able to access again. This is seriously annoying. Is there anything you can do for me like revoking my license, so that all of the content disappears or will I need to contact the provider?

I used the demo-option for my template, so all of my former posts got deleted. however, I was informed that a backup will be saved and can be restored any time. Now that I tried, it doesn’t work. What can I do?
