    Dear tech support,

I used the demo-option for my template, so all of my former posts got deleted. I decided to keep the theme after, but wanted to restore the dozen posts that I already uploaded during the last weeks. I mean, I was informed that a backup will be saved and can be restored any time.

Now that I tried, it doesn’t work. The customer service told me to activate the Unsyson Framework plugin, which I already have (if not I could not try to restore). Please have a look at this screenshot of my restore attempts. What can I do?

    Thank you very much!

    Hi @sunshinereggae86,

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

It seems you are using old demo content install method which deletes existing data so please make sure you are using our new demo content import method as described in this topic https://support.shufflehound.com/forums/topic/demo-install-problem/#post-15581

Please make sure you are using latest version of Unyson plugin and set your site permalink settings as Post name.

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

I already deactivated several plugins before you got back to me, the Unyson was up to date. However, I didn’t deactivate all of them and now the website is completely down. Error 503. Without Filezilla I won’t be able to access again. This is seriously annoying. Is there anything you can do for me like revoking my license, so that all of the content disappears or will I need to contact the provider?

    Thank you very much!

You can fix the 503 error on your site as described in the following pages.

If you still faces the issue with it then would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will bee able see it.”?
