    I deactivated some plugins I don’t need maybe that was one of  the function of them

    Thank you but they cant find plugin issue. Here is their reply:

    “Sorry to say that none of those seems to be causing issue, i tried edit files, removed those lightbox library and their associated code but it’s still issue.

    As you see it works fine ! and it’s because it use “slider revolution blank page” template, which do not use theme structure.

    I have no further idea on what could be cause of this from theme but it’s definitely theme issue and not plugins as you can see.”

     

    Can you do anything else to find out the solution?

    They asking the following:

    “About issue : Please understand that it’s not easy to find what’s in theme causing issue, it’s not general issue that arrive for each customer, in fact, i have seen this issue first time and it’s only because something in theme is causing this, what’s causing this is not very simple to find, could you ask your theme support to tell me if they have any javascript code which modify # linking functionality ? they should have such code than only issue can arrive.

    I need to see that code and after removing that we can see if that’s the cause of issue.

    Also could you ask them if they have custom built lightbox or any pre built library used for lightbox ?”

    Is it the same lightbox opening in the portfolio or posts?

    I still waiting for their answer, just an idea. Is it possible to disable your theme’s lightbox? maybe the two making a conflict?

    I just did this as I mentioned in my first post they investigated 2 days and discovered the problem happening only in jevelin theme only. If they switch the theme the links work as expected.

    I have tested portfolio and portfolio 2.0 and same problem. I need to know asap because if this not works I need to find a solution to show our products in 5 categories separetly.

    How this is possible in Jevelin?

     

    I found this website in older support topic and the same problem exists here as well. http://jordachecorporate.com/portfolio If you select a category and you go on other page shows item form different categories.

    If this is not possible in jevelin then what is the purpose of the categories??? If somebody clicking wardrobes then they don’t want to see shelving when browsing that category. This is very basic functionality!

    I have two page. I am testing on the page called shelving.

    Doesn’t solve the main problem only the double error message ok now.

    Now there are other problems.

     

    1. If I send the form I don’t get “the message sent” message below the headbar as before
    2. the multiple choice field is mandatory but I can send the form without filling it
    3. But the biggest problem still exist. if I sent the form with errors the page doesn’t scroll down after reloaded showing the error messages

    Interestingly I get a tooltip error message for the number field and email field but not every time when I pressing send button

    I am not very familiar in yellowpencil and I already did the photo side to side stretching on mobile without yellowpencil before but I can’t remember the settings and I understand this is design issue, not an error

    Yesterday I accidentally deleted a couple of photos and didn’t check the site after that which caused the slider revolution disappeared. now the slider revolution is back and you can see my problem.

    Is there a way I can set the pixel width when to switch to mobile view?

    How this behaviour related to slider revolution.
