    I have tried deactivating the plugins but sadly it’s still not working, login information is in the private information field, thanks!

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

     

    I logged in to your shared site and the page builder is working fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot.

     

    Is it working fine for you now?
