I am unable to get any option of sdding jetpack carasoul slideshow. Getting this message. How do I do it?

I have deactivated all the plugins and checked but the error message is same then it must be the theme. How do I make a slideshow gallery?
<div></div>I don’t see anywhere in the theme code that we are overriding that shortcode therefore I recommend you to contact Jetpack plugin support.
Alternatively, you can create slideshow gallery using any of the below plugins.
I tried changing my theme from Gillion to dyad and the carousel works. I also deactivated all the plugins and checked but the issue exists and only gets solved when i change the theme which means some code must be overriding the jetpack. How do i solve it?

This clearly indicated there is some clash between Gillion and jetpack. Please resolve this.
I have notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.

The theme developer is working on the update in which there will be multiple fixes including this.

The issue is resolved in the below latest version of the theme so please update the theme as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
Please refer the attached screenshots to know from where you can enable/disable Gillion gallery feature.
