I have been using jetpack contact form on multiple websites but never had an issue. With this theme though the form does not customize the way it should. Please have a look at the way the form integrates. It does not even change to default theme color. Any suggestions?

You can try changing its style by using Yellow Pencil editor as described in the below page.
