Hello, I have purchased the Jevelin Theme, installed all the plugins, but when trying to import demo content, the following error mesage comes up: Important: Make sure to activate the required plugins before importing a demo

How can I tell which plugin is the problem?  The error message is not specific enough to let me know which plugin needs attention.

    Please provide insight or assistance.

    Thanks!

    Jeremy H.

    Hi Jeremy,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

You can activate the required plugins from Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins

The plugins such as Unyson, Slider Revolution, WooCommerce etc. are required.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

All of the plugins have been installed and activated.  A screenshot has been attached.

The only error code says: Error: error (0)

Please let me know what needs troubleshooting. I need more information in order to figure out what needs attention.

    Thanks,

    Jeremy H.

Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

The site is running PHP v7.3  Login info has been delivered in the Private information field.

    Thanks for the help!

I logged into your shared site and it seems happening because you are using HTTPS on your site but used HTTP in your site General Settings as shown in the attached screenshot so please change it to HTTPS.
