    The issue occurs after you click the play button on the preview (screenshot attached 4.png)

    It displays a website error issue after clicking the play button (another screenshot attached 2.png)

    I’m using the latest theme version, all plugins updated to the latest version as well.

    Hi @kmga,

     

    Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.

     

    I logged into your website and found out that the smush plugin is causing the problem so I have deactivated it.

     

    Please contact the smush plugin support to report the issue.
