I created a ticket for this 10 days ago, there was one response with a question that was answered and then nothing – it was never resolved. I am creating a 2nd ticket for it.
Some of the pages are not showing, drop-down menu not working – we have gone through troubleshooting mode, reinstalled Jevelin, recreated child theme, turned off and on plug-ins and nothing. Dining page was WPBakery and now it’s not, News and Events was assigned to be post page in customizer, that was a blank page – I had to create it in WP Bakery. Several plug-ins had updated but we went through troubleshooting by turning on and off and the problems still persist. This was not a fresh install and used to work. Sorry for the delayed response.
We’ve been working on a fix for the dropdown menu issue and have prepared a small beta update that may resolve it. Please give it a try and let us know if it helps.
As for the builder and page display issues, we haven’t seen similar issues, so it is hard to tell what could be the cause without checking directly. If you are comfortable sharing login details, we’d be happy to take a closer look.
