<p data-start=”485″ data-end=”600″>I am writing to report an issue with the <strong data-start=”526″ data-end=”573″>Gillion – Multi-Concept Blog/Magazine Theme that I recently purchased.</p>
<p data-start=”602″ data-end=”993″>At the time of purchase, the theme page on ThemeForest clearly states that <strong data-start=”677″ data-end=”729″>Gillion is compatible with WPBakery Page Builder, and additionally, the theme appears in the <strong data-start=”774″ data-end=”823″>WPBakery-related search and filtering results on the marketplace. Based on this information, I purchased the theme specifically to use it with <strong data-start=”921″ data-end=”946″>WPBakery Page Builder, as required by my client’s existing workflow.</p>
<p data-start=”995″ data-end=”1120″>However, after downloading the theme multiple times (using <strong data-start=”1054″ data-end=”1085″>“All files & documentation”), I have identified the following:</p>

<h3 data-start=”1122″ data-end=”1147″>🔎 Technical findings</h3>
<ul data-start=”1148″ data-end=”1607″>
<li data-start=”1148″ data-end=”1231″>
<p data-start=”1150″ data-end=”1189″>The downloadable package only contains:</p>

<p data-start=”1531″ data-end=”1607″>The demo importer does not load WPBakery demos and only allows manual import</p>

<p data-start=”1609″ data-end=”1798″>All these findings confirm that the downloaded package corresponds <strong data-start=”1676″ data-end=”1720″>only to the Elementor version of Gillion, and that <strong data-start=”1731″ data-end=”1782″>the WPBakery-compatible version is not included in my download.</p>

<h3 data-start=”1800″ data-end=”1814″>⚠️ Problem</h3>
<p data-start=”1815″ data-end=”1858″>This creates a clear inconsistency between:</p>

<p data-start=”1861″ data-end=”1943″>The information presented on the ThemeForest product page (WPBakery compatibility)</p>

<p data-start=”2013″ data-end=”2198″>This issue prevents me from proceeding with a client project that explicitly requires WPBakery, and I have already invested significant time in technical verification and staging setup.</p>

<h3 data-start=”2200″ data-end=”2213″>✅ Request</h3>

<p data-start=”2523″ data-end=”2645″>If the above is not possible, assistance with an appropriate resolution according to Envato’s purchase and refund policies</p>
