Hello,
Thanks for the follow up, and you’re right, after further inspection, the scrolling issue does occur even on pages that don’t use Slider Revolution.
In this case, we recommend temporarily disabling your plugins one by one to see if any of them might be causing a conflict. While we haven’t encountered this issue before, it’s possible that a plugin may be interfering with the scrolling behavior.
If that doesn’t help, feel free to share temporary login details in the private information field below and we will take a closer look.
Best regards,
Shufflehound Team
I’m not entirely sure what setting i should be looking in the slider revolution please could you assist with what setting i should change on this?
It seems strange that how can a slider that is on one page affecting all other pages?
If it help and you want to have a look at the admin side, i can share you the details to login?
Hello,
It looks like the issue is related to the Slider Revolution block on your homepage. We’re noticing the same scrolling problem even on Chrome desktop, which suggests it may be caused by certain settings in the slider itself.
If that resolves the issue, we recommend adjusting the slider’s settings – especially those related to layout, overflow, and full-screen modes – as we haven’t encountered this exact issue before, can’t replicate it on our demo sites, and it most likely comes from custom Slider Revolution settings.
Let us know how it goes! 🙂

Hello,
Thanks for providing access!
To address the layout issue, we’ve adjusted the Slider Revolution layout from Full-Screen to Auto. This allows the slider content to respect the theme’s container width and align properly, especially when the left side navigation is always visible.
You can check the updated sliders now – the content should appear centered within the remaining space.
Let us know if you need any further help with this!

there are multiple slider revolutions on each page
Hi Shufflehound Support Team,
I’m using the Javelin theme and its built-in left side navigation bar. I actually want the navigation to always show—so that part is working fine.
The issue is with Slider Revolution: it doesn’t seem to account for the width of the left side navigation. The slider stays centered as if there’s no sidebar, so when the navigation is visible, the slider content is off-center in the remaining space.
Is there a recommended way to make Slider Revolution recognize the left navigation’s width and correctly center its content in the remaining viewport area?
Please let me know if you need any further details.
Thank you!
Hello,
You’re welcome! 🙂 I’m glad to hear that everything worked out with the Slider Revolution.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out. We’re sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing with the Slider Revolution.
Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:
If the issue persists, please share temporary access to your site so we can take a closer look.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out and for your kind words about the Jevelin theme! 🙂
To help you with the scaling issue, could you please share a link to your website? This will allow us to take a closer look at the specific areas that are not displaying well on smaller screens.
If you are using Slider Revolution or custom content blocks, you may need to adjust the settings specifically for mobile devices. Our pre-built demos already include optimized responsive settings, so we recommend using those as a base and customizing from there. However, if you’ve created custom content, manual adjustments to responsive settings may be necessary to achieve the best appearance across all screen sizes.

Shufflehound team
I think something is wrong with your servers, as when we try and install the files for the theme, we are getting the following errors see below:
Downloading installation package from <span class=”code pre”>https://cdn.shufflehound.com/theme-plugins/slider-revolution-Tvq6Y9lU9/slider-revolution-6.7.10.zip</span>…
Download failed. cURL error 51: Unable to communicate securely with peer: requested domain name does not match the server’s certificate.
Plugin not activated. A higher version of Slider Revolution is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.
We are also getting errors as the demo content options are all blank and when I use the inspector it is showing errors with the cdn link.
Can you check to see why this is happening, as it is delaying us getting a website built. thank you
Hi there,
We have included the Slider Revolution update in our latest beta version below:

Regarding the Unyson plugin, all we know is that its WordPress.org page states: “This plugin has been closed as of October 11, 2023, and is not available for download due to a security issue.”
We also recommend reinstalling your current WordPress version from the dashboard to refresh the WordPress system files.

In additional please see pics attached of the Malicious redirect.
Redirect happens only very occasionally, when loading loading the main url (in this case eve______.com.au) and after it happens once on a particular PC / Phone, it may not do it again for quite a long time., making it very hard to see if any changes have made a difference.
Also attached is picture from WORDFENCE re Slider Revolution vulnerability in Version that comes with Jevelin (Current Slider Revolution Plugin Version: 6.7.10) it needs to be updated to 6.7.11 or above.
Hi. We are going through the process of trying to find what is causing a random (i.e. only happens sometimes) malware malicious redirect.
We have gone though the process of scanning the site using multiple Malware scanning Plugins. We have gone through and checked all possible issues and corrected if required but we are still having the problem, randomly.
WORDFENCE has also detected a vulnerability in the Version of Slider Revolution that you have as part of your update which may have been the cause of the issue but I do not have any ability to update it. Please see this link.
https://www.wordfence.com/threat-intel/vulnerabilities/wordpress-plugins/revslider/slider-revolution-6710-authenticated-contributor-stored-cross-site-scripting-via-elementor-wrapperid-and-zindex
WITH REGARDS TO the Unyson Page Builder, WORDFENCE does not list this as having a vulnerability, only that it is no longer supported or downloadable on WordPress.org. Can you confirm that it is still safe to use this Unyson Page Builder? It is still working without any problems for us.
We are currently going through all plugins, deleting them 1 by 1 and then reinstalling, to make sure the malicious code is not within one of the plugins.
With regards to the Slider Revolution can this be upgraded manually? Can this be done separately to the jevelin theme or will it cause other problems if it is deleted and then reinstalled / setup. Can you tell me the process for dong this.
Using Jevelin theme 5.6.1. Photo gallery not rendering any longer on mobile devices. Looks like WPBakery plugin is out of date. Have version 6.13. Need latest which is version 7.6.
Also Slider Revolution needs updating. Have 6.6.14 and latest is 6.7.12.
This is the page that is not working: https://escapetheday.com/gallery/

It looks like the problem is linked directly to the Slider Revolution. For now, we can only suggest adjusting the plugin settings a bit more, to see if that helps. Alternatively, you might find it easier to create a similar layout directly with the Elementor page builder.
Hope this helps!
Hello,
It appears the issue is related to Slider Revolution, as it only affects blocks using that plugin.
This seems to be a bug with the plugin itself, so our current recommendation is to trying adjusting its settings and checking if that helps.
