Hi Hannes,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please try deleting the revolution slider plugin and reinstalling it from the below page.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
Your shared website is not accessible as it is asking for authentication credentials.

It is a slider created using Slider Revolution plugin so to change the color, you have to edit the slider.
You can refer to the slider Revolution documentation below to edit it.

Hi Shufflehound team,
As I said above I tried the video instructions and also the page you provided me the link with (https://support.shufflehound.com/installing-demo/).
I tried your recommendation about deactivating the Slider Revolution plugin, but I got the same results.
Also, I tried to figure out what is going on with the 500 Server error following the links you provided and I couldn’t fix it.
Finally, I would like to mention that I have tried installing other various WP Theme demos (Like Crypterio Theme) and I do not get that Server 5000 error.
I would like to use your theme if we can make it work.
Could you please help me solve this problem in order to be able to use your WP Theme Demo (Crypto (Unyson Builder))?

With your latest update the issue is solved!
At last Slider Revolution was the really cause and now that you have provided me with the new release, everything works perfectly.
Thanks again for your valuable help and see my site almost completed (tell me if you like it 😊)
Hi there!
I’m trying to add either a button or a constant contact layer to my landing page (www.2mpowerfit.com). I want to keep my landing page the way it is just want to add either a small block for email or something else to layer on top of the photo. I couldn’t find a way to do this on slider revolution. If you have any suggestions I’m open to them!
Thanks!
Meg
Seems that problem is happen on Safari (ipad). Android device works.
I could confirm the issue on iPhone.
Please delete the button and recreate it by referring to the solution shared in the below topic.
Menu works now, when i use absolute URL, Thanks. But now the menu text color has changed after that to turquoise blue. How i can get back original grey color without, that everything else change also.
You can resolve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.home #page-container .sh-nav > li.menu-item > a { color: rgba(61,61,61,0.69) !important; } .home #page-container .sh-nav > li.menu-item:hover > a { color: rgba(61,61,61,0.80) !important; }
So, I have identified what is the cause of the issue in Slider Revolution: if “Full Screen” layout is used, scrolling jerks, while with the other types of layout (Auto and Full-Width) everything works well.
And unfortunately I had the issue also creating a slider from scratch.
And without Full Screen Layout the section size come smaller and the effect is not nice.
I wonder why your online Foodie Demo doesn’t have this problem? Couldn’t it be a bug in the version I installed (Version 6.2.6)? If you have the latest updated version (Version 6.2.12) could you try? I want to open a ticket from ThemePunch but I am not enabled for technical support.
Very thank you for your patience
Hi. Slider button is not working in mobile/tablet. It’s works fine in desktop, when use mouse. Also menu not working, if i have different page/post open
I recreated a slide from scratch and everything works well!
That was the problem.
Awesome great to see you got that resolved.
But now I should learn to use Revolution Slider to recreate the same slide that I had ….
Isn’t there a simple way to recreate the values of the layers of the Foodie Demo?
You can refer to the below Slider Revolution documentation to create it.

We did all the upgrades we could, including your theme I guess beceause no update of it appear
But there is a probleme with the update of Revolution slider (see included files : the upgrade seems to function, but it doesn’t stay, and it finally breaks the website !)
And the sliders doesn’t show up correctly on the web site, neither many texts…
I am lost, what can I do ? Can you please help me ?
Thanks in advance

Yes, I see that jerky effect but it is not specific to iPhone as I also see it on my android mobile device.
Yes, we use older version of Slider Revolution plugin on the demo site but it doesn’t seem the version issue of Slider Revolution plugin.
It seems the issue of the slider that is created using the Slider Revolution plugin.
Could you please delete the slider and recreate it from the scratch?
Have you not noticed that the scrolling is jerky? Have you tried going up and down?
I have tried on other devices and the issue is always there.
And maybe I have identified the problem: disabling Revolution Slider the scrolling is perfect, smooth and without jerks, exactly like your online Demo. Which version of Revolution Slider was installed in the online demo? Could it be that it is a problem of the version I installed?
Please see photo, look at the glass on the right as it changes size.
Hi @natamike,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin, Slider Revolution plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
There isn’t any alternative element that provides similar functionality as the Slider Revolution.
Hi,
I done the above and it is the revolution slider that caused this issue. Can you help fix this?
Just make sure that the slider appears in the Slider Revolution settings as described in the below reply.
https://support.shufflehound.com/forums/topic/problem-with-wbakery/#post-61864
Then edit the page where you are using the slider and just resave that page as I said in my below reply.
