Hi. Slider button is not working in mobile/tablet. It’s works fine in desktop, when use mouse. Also menu not working, if i have different page/post open
I recreated a slide from scratch and everything works well!
That was the problem.
Awesome great to see you got that resolved.
But now I should learn to use Revolution Slider to recreate the same slide that I had ….
Isn’t there a simple way to recreate the values of the layers of the Foodie Demo?
You can refer to the below Slider Revolution documentation to create it.

We did all the upgrades we could, including your theme I guess beceause no update of it appear
But there is a probleme with the update of Revolution slider (see included files : the upgrade seems to function, but it doesn’t stay, and it finally breaks the website !)
And the sliders doesn’t show up correctly on the web site, neither many texts…
I am lost, what can I do ? Can you please help me ?
Thanks in advance

Yes, I see that jerky effect but it is not specific to iPhone as I also see it on my android mobile device.
Yes, we use older version of Slider Revolution plugin on the demo site but it doesn’t seem the version issue of Slider Revolution plugin.
It seems the issue of the slider that is created using the Slider Revolution plugin.
Could you please delete the slider and recreate it from the scratch?
Have you not noticed that the scrolling is jerky? Have you tried going up and down?
I have tried on other devices and the issue is always there.
And maybe I have identified the problem: disabling Revolution Slider the scrolling is perfect, smooth and without jerks, exactly like your online Demo. Which version of Revolution Slider was installed in the online demo? Could it be that it is a problem of the version I installed?
Please see photo, look at the glass on the right as it changes size.
Hi @natamike,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin, Slider Revolution plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
There isn’t any alternative element that provides similar functionality as the Slider Revolution.
Hi,
I done the above and it is the revolution slider that caused this issue. Can you help fix this?
Just make sure that the slider appears in the Slider Revolution settings as described in the below reply.
https://support.shufflehound.com/forums/topic/problem-with-wbakery/#post-61864
Then edit the page where you are using the slider and just resave that page as I said in my below reply.
https://support.shufflehound.com/forums/topic/problem-with-wbakery/page/2/#post-61975
I’m using a local installation again and in any case the Slider Revolution problem is always the same as the one you solved the other time, if you explain to me how you did it I try to solve it myself without having to upload everything to a server again.
1) can I only use the Unyson editor? not even the standard Word Press (“appareance / customize”)? And not even Yellow Pencil? for example to change the Header do I have to do it only from Unyson not even from “Jevelin Settings”?
You can only edit the page using the same page builder that you used to create it so if you have used WPBakery or Unyson or any other page builder then please use the same page builder to edit the page.
Please do not switch between page builders or else you will lose the content so choose the page builder that you want to use initially when you create the article content.
The conflict only occurs between the page builders and not with standard Word Press (“appareance / customize”), “Jevelin Settings” or Yellow Pencil.
The Yellow Pencil is not a page builder but is a WordPress CSS style editor plugin that allows you to customize your website design in real-time.
2) I reset everything and installed again to make a clean start of the theme, but I always have the problem of Slider Revolution that does not appear. How do I solve it?
Does it appear in the Slider Revolution settings in the admin area of your website?
Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
3) is it possible to use elements from other demos and import them into my page? Just for example the sections of the Beauty demo that I attach in the photo.
You can not import specific elements from other demo but can create that element from scratch on your website.
ok, then I’ll try to use Unyson and see how it goes
but I have questions:
1) can I only use the Unyson editor? not even the standard Word Press (“appareance / customize”)? And not even Yellow Pencil? for example to change the Header do I have to do it only from Unyson not even from “Jevelin Settings”?

We’re back with another strange issue. At the top of our home screen, we’re noticing a strange white row above the Revolution Slider.
You can remove it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#content > .vc_row .vc_column-inner { padding-top: 0; }
There is also a similar row just above the footer, although it’s harder to see because the row just above the footer is also white. How can we get rid of these?
The last row of that page contains the bottom margin displaying the white gap so please edit that row and remove the bottom margin.
Additionally, is there a way to style the Light Header Above Content per page? We’d like to have the links be white on the home page (due to the dark slider) and dark on other pages. In our last ticket, you gave us some custom code to include in Theme Settings Additional CSS. We’d love to know how to change the color of our header menu links per page.
Could you please ask this question in your last ticket where we have provided the CSS code as it is related to that topic?
Best regards,

Hi there,
Loving working with Jevelin and your support has been top-notch. Thanks for that!

As from the screenshot I sent you can see that WPBakery it works perfectly with other demos and also Slider Revolution. So I when I open Slider Revolution with other demo I see that the Foodie’s slider settings are in.
So the main problem is that with the Foodie demo WPBakery doesn’t work.
If you see my screenshot there are many errors when I open WPBakery and doesn’t work. It seems that Foodie Demo is not compatibible with Foodie Demo.
I repeat, with other demos (ex. Beauty, Fitness and more) all works fine, just with Foodie Demo I can’t work with WPBakery.
Does the slider display in the slider revolution settings with the Foodie demo as displayed in the attached screenshot?
As per your suggestion, I have deactivated all my plugins and it turns out that the problem was caused by Slider Revolution. However, the plugin is essential for my website.
May you please advise on how to fix this.
Same problem with Slider Revolution (that I installed and activated before importing the Foodie demo) that with the other demos it is regularly displayed but not with Foodie.
Can I access your website to troubleshoot it?
Does the slider display in the slider revolution settings?
Also please tell me how I can switch and add other Slider Revolution Module Block from other Demo (ex. from Fitness Demo) in Foodie.
You can refer below slider revolution documentation to add modules.
