“<span class=”title”>An active PHP session was detected</span>” cause by the Unyson plugin is a problem. And I can’t get installed again the Slider Revolution plugin. (I have deleted it by mistake, and can no longer find it again)
I have read in your forums, that Unyson is no longer maintained, as well as the Slider revolution, but what am I supposed to do now, in order to maintain my website, without needing to build it anew? How can I still use my theme and site?

Can you please create a different ticket as it seems to be different kind of issue. Currently, we can recommend adjusting the Slider Revolution slider height and seeing if that helps.

Since no reply has been given to my previous ticket, I open a new one.
I am working on Jevelin, Foodie template. I added 4 slides to the main one, but I can’t make the left/right arrows jump to the next slide.
I read all the instructions from Slider Revolution, but nothing worked. I add the action, the trigger is the click, the slide is simply the next one. Nothing happens.
I refreshed and hard refreshed, but nothing works.
I confirm I am using the latest 5.7 theme version and Revolution slider 6.6.14 version.
Nothing is working with no browser or attempt.I URGENTLY NEED THIS TO BE FIXED. You can see by yourself that the old ticket had been left dead for 2 weeks.
I have never received such a bad customer service with any theme.

I have also tried to create another button, using the “button” element provided by the Revolution Slider. Nothing changes. It does not work.

With further research, the issue was that the images on the slider were not appearing on mobile because when the site went live, the url changed. The base url for images did not change in Rev Slider so I had to find and replace. I was able to resolve that issue.
However, I DO still need the most current version of WP Bakery Builder and Revolution Slider. Can you update those? Going forward, how can I get those updates without going through you and without having to purchase these plugins outright? My support with Shufflehound ends in 30 days.
Slider Revolution on home page was working on mobile devices and now is not. I have version 6.6.14 of slider revolution and version 6.13.0 of WP Bakery. We can confirm the issue on your website.
Have you tried updating the Revolution Slider to the latest version? You can do this under Appearance > Install Plugins.
If that doesn’t resolve the problem, consider adding the following custom CSS to the theme settings:
#rev_slider_9_1_wrapper { left: 0!important; }Let us know if that helps! 🙂

Hello,
I have seen others with a white bar on the top of their page but I have it on the right side when viewed on a mobile device. I have put 0px in the padding but no luck. The url with the issue is https://www.sotech.com . I am including a screenshot of the issue that I am requesting help on.

I’m using the Creative Agency demo theme, and I would like to change the colour of that top bar above the header, to be the same colour as the one from slider revolution instead of white.
Do yo know where I can change it, I spent ages without being able to find it.

When changing resolution, the slider will having white space.. while sample dont have this issue…

I am unable to activate Slider Revolution. When I try to open to edit the demo slider, I get a popup requesting to share development data with plugin author. Whether I click yes or no, there is a message that says “ajax error” and the plugin doesn’t open. I show on the plugin page that Slider Revolution and WP Bakery Builder both need updates, however I am unable to update them without a license key, which I won’t have since it is included with the theme. I’ve attached a screen shot of the theme status.

Regarding your query about the Slider Revolution and WPBakery Page Builder licenses, I’d like to clarify how it works with the themes purchased from ThemeForest.
When you purchase a theme that bundles such premium plugins like Slider Revolution and WPBakery Page Builder, you are allowed to use these plugins with the theme without any additional cost. These plugins are fully functional and updates for them are provided through theme updates.
However, direct license keys for these plugins are not included, which means that you won’t be able to activate them as you would if you purchased the plugins directly from the developers. This doesn’t mean you’re using an unlicensed product but rather it’s licensed under the theme. This arrangement is due to the licensing rules set by Envato (ThemeForest).
Despite this, the lack of direct licenses will not affect your website’s operation or limit these plugins’ functionality. You still get access to all the features you need to create stunning websites with our theme!
