    Hi Luis Arango,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

Could you please try it again and also using another demo import method as described in the below page?

Using the “Legacy demo installation method”, I get the same error, see attached image. I’m working with WAMP localhost with the latest version of PHP 7.3.1 with the right parameters. I have reinstalled WordPress, I have version 5.1. I have reinstalled the JEVELIN theme. I tried to do the manual import, but I can’t find the files in the JEVELIN folder.

I see in the support forum that several recent users, have the same problem.

I’m working for a very important client, who has selected this theme for its proper style, presentation and design.

    Please urge me a solution.

Thank you for your prompt assistance.

I must also mention that I deactivated all plugins, except the “one click import” and the Wp-Bakery, and it didn’t solve the problem either.

    Thank you

Investigating a little, I found this diagnosis in the tool https://mxtoolbox.com relative to the site https://shufflehound.com/. I don’t know if this information can contribute to find the solution to the problem. Nor do I know if this information is reliable, but reports that the site https://shufflehound.com/ returns an error 503 to be accessed. I attach the image of the diagnosis.
