Followed all the steps from the documentation. Still, not able to install demo content. It says error in installing. And read the comments on a forum, inactived plugins and reactived them. Now getting a directory error

I logged into your site and saw you are using outdated version of PHP as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please update PHP version to the latest version by contacting your web host and then import the demo content.

I update it to lastest PHP version. Tried an all different server new domain. Still the same problem. It showing error code 520. It’s been 5 days since I purchased the theme and having the same issue.

I tried importing the demo content on your site but it is not getting imported due to Operation timed out issue as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please increase maximum execution time on your site and server as described in the following pages or by contacting your web host.

Increased the execution time. Still same error, it’s a problem from your end. Fix it quickly, it’s already been a week.
